Application Form for BIP-Organizers - UZH as Sending Partner University

On this website, you will find the application form for UZH staff (i.e. “BIP organizers”) who wish to participate in a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) as a consortium and send UZH participants.

Detailed information on SEMP funding for BIPs at UZH and the associated procedures and requirements can be found on the website for BIP organizers. Please read the information and requirements carefully before submitting your funding application.

To ensure your BIP is considered for SEMP funding, please contact us as early as possible. Note the following deadline:

Submit the application form “BIP Organizers – UZH as Sending Partner University” by February 15 2026 at the latest, if you plan to participate as a sending partner in a BIP for the period June 1 2026 - July 31 2027. A later application is generally possible up to three months before the BIP begins, but the chances of funding are lower due to limited resources.

Prerequisite for application: The BIP consortium has been formed, and the key details of the BIP have be defined. If a funding application should be considered, Global Student Experience (GSE) offers an informational meeting to discuss the next steps.

By submitting the application form, the prospective BIP-organizer confirms the information provided in the application form and their acknowledgement of the requirements mentioned on the website for BIP-organizers (see link in the introduction at the top of this website). Upon reception of the form, GSE will contact the BIP-organizer after the application deadline or within 4 weeks.
